Where is my order?
We are a Made-to-Order brand, which means we products the items as they are ordered. This is to try and stop over consumption in the fashion industry. There will be a 1-2 week wait before your item shipped. It may be longer depending on the shipping method you choose at the checkout.
If you need your order by a certain date, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to sort something out.
Unfortunately, not at the moment. We will be offering it soon.
How much is shipping?
It is totally FREE and EXPRESS
Orders and Returns
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Please place your order carefully as we are unable to make changes once your order has been placed. If you need to change your address, you can contact your courier directly to update.
Do you offer AfterPay?
Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer AfterPay. We do offer Credit Cards and PayPal payments.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be in love with you Josephine-Rose Collection pieces. This is why we are happy to offer returns on all full priced items for store credit.
To return you items, please contact email@example.com with your order number.
Returned postage costs are not covered by Josephine-Rose Collection. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
All returns are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will email you a store credit gift card. This can be used within a 12 month period store wide.
We are unable to accept returns on the below:
Worn, damaged or used items.Items returned without its original packaging or tags.
Items purchased on sale.
Items returned without a returns form.
If the item comes faulty or damaged we are more than happy to offer you a full-refund of your order or exchange the item.
